Founded in January 2023, at FLOAT we believe that

1. Everyone should have equal access to a professional career or competitive pathway in Outdoor Adventure

2. Everyone should be able to see someone like themselves, to whom they can relate, in role model positions in Outdoor Adventure.

3. Everyone should know that the outdoors and adventure activities are for them. ​

And so FLOAT was founded to support anyone who is under-represented in professional or competitive careers & pathways in Outdoor Adventure (defined by OEAP), in their pursuit of such an ambition.
